I just logged into the admin panel on this website for the first time in several months so that I could make a post and pin it to the top of my page that included an embed of the bandcamp page for my new album, Wheel of Misfortune.
But it got me thinking – why did I stop writing blog entries? Well, thinking back, what happened was that the blog had accomplished for me what I had wanted it to accomplish – namely, it gave me a project to work on between other projects. It gave me some structure as I rearranged some other aspects of my life.
So anyway, here we are… a little under a year since the last blog entry, not counting the one I just posted for my album. Will I continue writing blog entries? Probably not with any consistency. But I do have an album to promote and some other music projects going on. So mybe it’s time I at least start paying some kind of mind to my website.
Let’s see what happens…
